We would make a new one from scratch exact size, material and exact

Many items are offered with customization
options (Center stone, Material, Carat, etc.) At No Charge. If you
choose a customization option, please allow for additional time
beyond the expected shipment time indicated on the Product Detail
page. The additional time required for customization varies from
several days to one week depending on the options you choose.

expected to leave our factory, not when the item will arrive at

How will I know you received my order?

Where can I ship my order?
Almost anywhere in the United States with the following
considerations:
- All deliveries must be made to a physical
street address. We do not deliver to PO Boxes.
- Your shipping address must be verifiable. For your
protection, orders valued at $1000+ can be shipped only to
your billing or a verifiable alternate address. If you
wish to ship a $1000+ order to an address other than your
billing address, please notify your credit card company of
this alternate address prior to placing your order.
- For security reasons, all shipments of $100 to $1000
must be signed-for by the person accepting the shipment.
All shipments of $1000+ must be signed-for by the
addressee.
